Research areas.

My current research spans the ethics and phenomenology of war, political philosophy, and philosophy of orientation. It raises the following questions: How do we confront extreme experiences such as war and other crises and still find our bearings? How do we make sense of the world when everything falls apart? How do extreme, transformative experiences affect our understanding and perception of the world, relations with other people, and moral ground?
